What are Secure SFTP (FTP), Secure Shell (SSH), and Secure Socket Layer(SSL)?

SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) allows users to connect securely to EAS servers to transfer files - it works similarly to regular FTP.

SSH (Secure Shell) allows users to connect securely to EAS servers with an interactive shell interface - it works similarly to telnet.

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is used on all secure web interactions with EAS servers - it works transparently to the user.

ISG only allows secure connections to EAS servers to help prevent attacks and malicious use.
