Mark has been at Georgia Tech since 1996. His valuable leadership in computing has helped the School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences to strengthen its computing technologies.

Mark holds a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. in Information Systems, and is a graduate of the Masters Series Executive Training Program of Georgia Tech and the Educause Leadership Institute.

Mack originally joined the Ga Tech family in 1996 working for the College of Engineering. He joined Earth & Atmospheric Sciences in 2010, and his hardware expertise and extensive linux background make him a valuble asset to the Earth & Atmospheric Sciences Information Systems Group.
